This policy describes how Manager.io Inventory Guard handles information required to provide the service.
The service may process customer account information, business names, tenant identifiers, subscription and payment records, Manager.io connection details, inventory/customer/item information required for controls, Manager user/Division/Inventory Location catalogue information, access assignments, transaction references and audit/integrity records.
Information is used to authenticate users, link Manager.io businesses, enforce inventory, credit and user-scope controls, reconcile supported business structure, operate subscriptions, maintain audit trails and provide technical support.
Manager service credentials are intended for authorised business use and should be protected. Inventory Guard does not require the customer's Manager.io login password. Protected connection material is stored according to the application's configured security design; customers should promptly rotate Manager Access Tokens if compromise is suspected.
The service may interact with Manager.io, Cloudflare, Selar and configured email-delivery services as part of normal operation. Their separate privacy terms also apply to information handled by those services.
Operational, subscription, payment, access-control and audit information may be retained as reasonably necessary for account administration, integrity monitoring, support and legal/business record purposes.
