This policy describes how Manager.io Inventory Guard handles information required to provide the service.
The service may process customer account information, business names, tenant identifiers, subscription records, Manager.io connection details, inventory/customer/item information required for controls, transaction references and audit/integrity records.
Information is used to authenticate users, link Manager.io businesses, enforce inventory and credit controls, operate subscriptions, maintain audit trails and provide technical support.
Manager service credentials are intended for authorised business use and should be protected. The application stores protected connection material according to its configured security design; customers should promptly rotate credentials if compromise is suspected.
The service may interact with Manager.io, Cloudflare and Selar as part of normal operation. Their separate privacy terms also apply to information handled by those services.
Operational, subscription and audit information may be retained as reasonably necessary for account administration, integrity monitoring, support and legal/business record purposes.
