Manager.io Inventory Guard is an independent software service designed to add inventory and transaction controls around supported Manager.io workflows.
The service may provide controlled Sales Invoice, cash-sale Receipt and Inventory Transfer workflows, customer credit controls, sales-price controls, subscription management and integrity monitoring. Available features depend on the linked business configuration.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of accounting records, inventory configuration, user permissions, customer credit limits, sales prices and business decisions made using Manager.io and Inventory Guard.
Inventory Guard requires a valid Manager.io business and, for some protected reads, a Manager service connection configured by an authorised administrator. Users must not share credentials beyond authorised personnel.
Each new registered business receives a trial allowance of 10 successful controlled transactions. Annual access is charged per registered business for the published 365-day term. Trial usage is not reset when annual access is activated.
Third-party changes to Manager.io, hosting platforms, browsers or external payment services may affect operation. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore compatibility when supported third-party interfaces change.
You must not attempt to defeat security bindings, access another customer's tenant, misuse credentials or interfere with the service.
Inventory Guard is a control aid and not a substitute for proper accounting review, inventory procedures, backups, internal controls or professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party system failures, incorrect business data or misuse.
